Login to the IT Help Desk Portal

Introduction:

This solution will show you the steps needed to Login to the IT Help Desk Portal.

Procedure:

1. Navigate to the Information Technology Help Desk portal in your browser by going to https://helpdesk.santabarbaraca.gov.

2. Click "Sign In" or any of the support options (Your Tickets, Report a Problem, or Request a Service).

3. When you are prompted to login, use your City network username and password.

4. After entering your correct username and password, you will be able to use any of the support options.
