Reviewing Your Tickets


Introduction:

This solution will show you the steps needed to review your IT support requests.

 

Procedure:

1. Navigate to the Information Technology Help Desk portal in your browser by going to https://helpdesk.santabarbaraca.gov.

2. Click "Report a Problem".

3. If you are prompted to login, use your City network username and password.

4. On the Tickets page, you will see your submitted Support and Service Requests. Click on a Ticket for more detail.

  • You can view request by status (All Tickets, Open or Pending, Resolved or Closed). To change the requests visible by clicking the current status.
  • You can sort the tickets by (Date Created, Last Modified, or Status). To change the sorting, click the Sort by type.
  • If there are many tickets listed, you can search by entering a search term in the search bar.
