- In the calendar tab in Outlook, right click on “My Calendars” and navigate to Add Calendar > From Address Book.
- On the resulting window search field type the name of the calendar (e.g. “fire training calendar”), making sure the Global Address List is selected from the drop-down menu, then click “Go”.
- Highlight the calendar in the list, click the “Calendar” button in the bottom-left of the window, and then click “OK”.
You may need to restart Outlook if the calendar does not load immediately.
