Setup City Email on your Mobile Device

Remove City Email from your Apple iPhone


·         From a Home screen, navigate: 

o   Settings > Mail


·         If an app isn't available on your home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.


·         If unavailable, navigate: 

o   Settings > Passwords & Accounts


·         Tap Accounts

·         From the 'ACCOUNTS' section, select your city email account.


·         Tap Delete Account

(at the bottom; may require scrolling).


·         To confirm, tap 

“Delete from My iPhone”

Remove City Email from your Samsung/Android


·         From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.

These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.


·         Navigate:

o   Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts.


·         Select the appropriate email address.

Multiple accounts may appear.


·         Tap Remove account.


·         To confirm, review the notification then tap Remove account.
