1. Open Outlook and click "File"
2. Click on Account Settings, and then select "Account Settings..." from the drop-down menu
3. Double-click on your account name in the Email Accounts box
4. Click on More Settings
5. A new dialog box will open to a General tab. Click on the tab labeled "Advanced"
6. Click on "Add" and in the dialog box, type in the name of the mailbox you want to open and click "OK"
7. The new mailbox name should now appear in the "Mailboxes" window. Click Apply. 8. You can now close out of the windows for adding the mailbox. Once back in your main Outlook screen, you will see the new mailbox listed below your primary mailbox.
