To install a network printer, click on the START button of Windows 7 down the lower left corner of your desktop.
Where it says "Search programs and files" you will want to type in \\SVR-VMW-PRINT and hit ENTER.
This will bring up a list of network printer for you to choose from. The printers are now listed as the PC are, with Department and Site Codes. For example - ADM-CHL-HP Laser Jet 4000
You'll have to know the model of the printer and scroll down the find the one you need. If you hover over the printer, it will tell you the location of the printer - example - "PW Vault"
Just double click on the printer you need and it will install for you.
