Outlook Web Access

Introduction:

You may occasionally need to access your city email account while out of the office. Outlook Web Access, or OWA, is the website that allows you to access your email while not on your office workstation. This article will walk you through connecting to OWA for the first time and provide you a link to the website. You should be able to access OWA from any computer or web browser as long as you are connected to the internet. If you are travelling internationally, you may need to contact the help desk for assistance.

1        1. In a web browser go to: https://mail.santabarbaraca.gov. You should be able to access this site from any internet-connected computer running most browsers.

       3. You will now be able to send and receive email just as you can from your office workstation. On the left you should see your inbox and a list of folders. Your email will show up in the center column. A reading pane will preview a selected email on the right side of the screen. If you need help navigating OWA, please contact the help desk.
