How to Reset Your Munis/ESS Password:


NOTE: You will need to know your Employee Number to access or reset your Munis/ESS account.



1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link below the password field.

2. Enter your Employee Number to retrieve the hint you created during your previous password reset.

*NOTE: If you do not have an email address associated with your ESS account, you will need to contact the Helpdesk*


3a. You will receive an email notification containing your password hint AND a link to generate a new password if the hint is not useful.

3b. If you need to generate a new password or unlock your account, click the link to generate a new password and you will be emailed a temp password, and will be prompted to change it at your next log-in

4. Once you change the password, be sure to give yourself a new hint to help you remember the password.

*NOTE: Password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, lower-case letter, and a number (0 - 9)
